Harvest time: the first two weeks of Settember

Vinification method: vinified off the skins at a controlled temperature of 16° C
Ageing method: 6 months in steel

AT TAVOLA


Pairings: ideal as an aperitif, with light starters, fish and white meat.
Serving: to be served at a temperature between 12 and 14° C.
